These Terms of Use and Disclaimer explain the basis on which Golf Cart Towns is provided and the limitations of the maps, rules summaries and other information available through the website.

Golf Cart Towns attempts to research local golf-cart rules using reliable sources and, where appropriate, official city, county, state or government information.

OpenStreetMap data remains subject to the applicable OpenStreetMap/Open Data Commons licensing and attribution requirements.
